• Personal data and information users may provide during events, seminars, conferences, talks, promotions, surveys organized by us, and/or information we collect when you submit web forms on our websites or if you use interactive features of the websites e.g. our chatbot.
• Feedback or complaint information Additionally, they mention that they may collect information about the user's interactions with messages sent through the service and use this information to make suggestions to the user and other users.

We use strict security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access or alteration. However, we are not responsible for breaches of security by third parties. We will not ask for passwords or other personal information, and any requests for this information should be treated as suspicious. When using the platform for finding career opportunities, personal information is only shared with registered recruiters and can be hidden from specific companies. When using the platform for other purposes, such as sharing content or recruiting, information is visible to all users and may be shared on social networks and search engines. The company has implemented reasonable and necessary security measures to protect personal information. These measures include firewalls and information access controls.

Marktine Technologies/Vriti will not sell, rent, share, or transfer personal data to third parties without the user's consent and notification of the purpose for the transfer or sharing. We may use third parties to perform certain tasks and may transfer personal data to these parties with explicit consent. These third parties are contractually bound not to disclose or use personal data for any purpose other than providing the service on the company's behalf. The company will not share personal data with third parties except in specific cases such as in response to legal process, with consent, to comply with legal orders or government requests, or as part of legal proceedings affecting the company. They may disclose non-personal information in aggregate to third parties for purposes such as advertising.

We expect our external service providers to adhere to the same standards as we do. We take all necessary steps to ensure that personal data is kept secure, regardless of where it is transferred or stored. As a company, we comply with the IT Act, 2000 and its rules to protect and preserve privacy, and have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place. By accepting the terms of the privacy policy, users agree that the standards and practices implemented by Marktine Technologies are reasonable and sufficient for the protection of personal information.

The company may collect and store personal data in servers located in India. We do not transfer personal data to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfill their obligations to the user or as permitted by law. We also ensure we make appropriate arrangements to process the data in a secure manner and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Additionally, we may display advertisements from third parties on our service, these third parties use tracking technologies such as cookies to measure the effectiveness of their advertisement, but the company does not provide any personal information to these third parties without the user’s consent or for a work which may not be allied to the services carries out by us.

Vriti/Marktine Technologies uses cookies for analyzing website performance, identifying anonymous users and remembering their preferences, understanding whether a user has visited the website before, and serving personalized advertisements. By using the company's website, mobile app, or services, or receiving their emails, users consent to the use of cookies through the company's Cookies Policy. Please note that our emails contain cookies that track whether the email was opened and if any links were clicked, but these cookies are unique to each email and are not stored on the user's device. We allow our users to deactivate their accounts from their account settings page. Once deactivated, their personal data will no longer be visible to others on the company's services and they will be unsubscribed from all messages and emails. Some information, such as messages or content shared with other users, may remain visible. We may retain users’ data even after the account is deactivated to prevent fraud and abuse and enforce their terms of use. Users can reactivate their account by verifying their account information such as email address or mobile number. Users can also request to delete their account by contacting the company's support team, which will take up to 15-20 business days. Once deleted, neither the user nor other users will be able to view the data, but it will remain in the company's system for 6 months for legal and compliance purposes. After that, it will be deleted. Some information, such as messages or content shared on the Channels, may remain visible. Marktine Technologies/Vriti will make all necessary efforts to ensure personal data is not visible to other users after deactivation or deletion, but we are not liable if data has been downloaded by other users before this action.

Our company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 years old, and if a child under 18 submits any personal data, we encourage parents or guardians to instruct their children not to disclose any personal data without their consent. If the company unknowingly collects personal data from minors without parental consent, they encourage parents or guardians to contact them at the provided contact details so that appropriate measures can be taken to promptly address the issue and remove the information.
